GENERAL SALES TERMS -HOW TO BUY

1.Fill in and send the price request form with for each work which you wish to acquire.

2.Upon receiving your message, I will send to you my answer concerning the price of the painting, the postage and packing and the foreseeable delivery time, together with a purchase order to fill in and return to me. Depending on the country, customs charges may be claimed by the customs authorities. It is up to the purchaser to obtain information and to cover these.

3.Mode of payment : When an agreement has been reached regarding these various points, and upon receiving your purchase order, you will be able to pay :

for France :

by money order
by bank check to my name
by bank transfer
by paypal (only for posters and books)

for the other countries :

by bank transfer

4.Delivery : Upon receiving the payment, the painting, together with its certificate of authenticity, its invoice and, if necessary, its customs clearance certificate, will be packed with plastic bubble wrap and then placed in strong cardboard packing for France or in a wooden trunk for abroad and sent by Post, Chronopost or DHL. I will then send you an e-mail specifying the delivery date and the number of form to track your parcel online. I personally track the progress of the parcel until it reaches its destination.

5.Guarantee/return : if the painting does not correspond to your expectations or not to your satisfaction, you will be able to return the painting to me, at your expense, under the following conditions : at the latest, seven days after the date of reception, the proof of delivery of the carrier being bearing testimony to this. in its original packing, with its papers. by the same carrier and the same service. insured for the same value. 6. Your rights regarding a work are limited to private use, excluding any right of representation and reproduction, except with the prior consent of the author or of his or her beneficiaries.
